Denice joined Dar Commercial Real Estate in 2022. With over 20 years of experience providing
excellent customer service, she was perfect for the role of Property Management Office
Administrator. She serves as the primary contact for over 175 commercial tenants, efficiently
managing maintenance requests and connecting tenants with vendors for their various needs.
Additionally, she monitors tenant lease renewals, monthly rent collections, and oversees the
accounts payable.

Denice is currently pursuing her real estate license.

Outside of work, Denice enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, and 2 children, Nathaniel
and Alexandria. As an ardent cook, canner and gardener, she can typically be found either in the garden or kitchen during her free time.
