The new Tenant, LaFontsee Galleries will be relocating from their home on Lake Drive, where they have been operating for the last 13 years. Pitcher noted that both the new Tenant and their representatives were excellent to work with and shared that the Landlord is excited to welcome this new use to the building and the neighborhood.
Renovations of the property will begin in January 2026, with an anticipated opening no later than April 1, 2026. The new space will serve as both a gallery and full-service frame shop, continuing the gallery’s tradition of featuring high-quality art, framing, and consulting services to individuals, corporate clients, and nonprofits.
