We are proud to announce the promotion of Ben Pitcher, Chris Prins and Jon Geenen to Vice President, Brokerage!
Each one has a passion for real estate and brings a unique skillset to our team and our clients.
- Ben Pitcher has been with DAR over ten years and has been in commercial real estate since 2012. With a backround in commercial banking, and as a CPA, he brings financial expertise to his deals giving his clients a strategic edge. Ben’s clients are a diverse mix of investors, business owners and landlords across all sectors. Ben is a community leader, serving on multiple boards-all while raising his family of four!
- Chris Prins has grown his career in commercial real estate over the last 10 years. He is a West Michigan native, and his knowledge of the commercial market has allowed him to build strong relationships with local and national tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Chris served as the 2024 President of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors, and continues to be a leader in the CRE community as a mentor to new agents.
- Jon Geenen brings entrepreneurial experience to the brokerage team, having previously owned multiple Subway and Biggby Coffee franchises. Jon transitioned to brokerage in 2018, and quickly became the go to for both national and regional clients. Jon graduated from Calvin College and enjoys life outside the office with family, diving into good books and outdoor adventures!
